Exclamation first rebuild

I got a 93 rx7 single turbo, I am getting my first motor rebuilt and i am concerned about what all i should have done to it. Right now i am running a microtech stand alone tuned to 20 psi but it currently running 12 psi.. I have a xps intercooler, full race exhaust, street port and polished, as far as exact motor work done and tune specifics they are unknown at this time. Also what kind of oil should i run for the first time?

The builder will suggest an oil. (Aside from changing often during breakin, I don't think it's a critical thing)

If you want to have a streetable car, I'd go with a medium street port. If you go bigger you're making serious compromises in fuel economy, noise, driveability, etc.

Who is doing the rebuild?
