Did you turn the turbo timer off?

You could always try using a search engine.

I typed in kg/cm2 to psi and got an answer in like 10 seconds.

If you're not sure how to turn on/off a turbo timer I'd be careful trying to run 15 psi. something might go boom.

you need a lot more specs than what size turbo.

Yes, a lot more specs and what other mods the car is running. Such as what standalone, injector sizes, the actual specs on the turbo, etc.

And still after all the specs it is not a guarantee that the numbers we give you are at all close. It all depends on the tune as well as all the parts you put on your car.
