Is your car RHD? This says you need 17 characters.... https://www.vindecoderz.com/

This doesn't answer the original question, and most of you know this already, but for US VINs the 10th (8th from the last) digit tells you model year. Here's a handy chart.

I am unsure, I think its used as an internal indentifier for the model version. I.E. a Touring X or Type-R or RB or Spirit R or what not.
The identifier I use just gives that info and then translates it by saying Grade right after.
As for "Rake Exist".
I am not sure but I believe it's saying the car came with a spoiler.
Either that or its stating the car is lower in the front and higher in the rear which is what Formula 1 refers to as a "rake angle".
So one of the two if I had to guess.

I used this service to get some history on my car https://carvx.jp/ It showed the 2 auctions it went to, photos from the auctions, auction sheets, regristration events etc. Like a carfax but better with the auction info

1992 Rx7 Mazda
Hi can anyone please help me on the information I bought an Rx7 Mazda from an auction in Queensland VIN FD3S-107871 no registration and no plate number
I want to register it in NSW Australia but there's a process it needs to be atleast registered for 2 years in any interstate of Australia otherwise if it's imported then won't be able to register it
The right to info couldnt find the registration in Queensland and think that it's highly possibility that it's never been registered to Qld and also saying that VIN number should be 17
