It's still sequential... All the vac lines are connected in the right places with no leaks. The car maxes out at 7 psi and it looks like the flapper for the secondary turbo is not opening more than halfway.

What do I do?

Thanks,
Brent

Always start by scouring for boost leaks. Remove each coupler or elbow between the y-pipe and throttle body elbow and inspect off the car, twisting and stretching to reveal tears in the rubber.

If you don't find that, make sure you have the pills or nipple restrictors installed between the primary compressor and the wastegate and precontrol actuators.

just spent an hr reading the FAQ section. lots of great stuff there.
This one was particularly relevant: http://www.autosportracetech.com/RX-...leshooting.htm
Having read the above, I hear a hiss under power, so I am guessing that a leak is the obvious thing I should be looking for.
Thanks!

I do hear a kinda loud whine under power, i just figured it was the turbos being noisy, is that a leak perhaps?
