Because the TII transmission is just as strong, almost as refined and bolts right in without any fabrication...The only real thing the FD transmission has going for it are better syncros.

I gather that "ikeye formula" is some sort of sequential shifter system for the FD transmission? At least that is what Google tells me. The rest of your post is gibberish and I can't figure out what language it is.
If this system won't fit the FC transmission (they say on the website that it is universal) then I guess going to the FD transmission is the only option if you want flappy paddles on your steering wheel. In that case, you will need to fabricate mounts. Keep in mind that the FD has a power plant frame which connects the transmission and diff. Much of the transmission mounting is accomplished in this way. You will need all FD clutch, flywheel, starter, etc. You may need to swap the front counterweight depending on the year of your FC. There may be other details but I am unsure what they are. Few people perform this swap because there really is no benefit.
