FD Missfire
Recently my Twin Turbo 1993 has started to missfire badly under 3k, and when i push the throttle it stutters and hesitates before clearing up. It does it 90% of the time.
It has had a rebuild around 35k ago and has an aftermarket ECU with induction and exhaust.
My first thought would be MAP sensor, any idea's?
I miss my RX7, i've only had it 200 miles and only driven it 13 miles after it started.

When was the last time you changed spark plugs and wires? What plugs and wires did you use?
Did you notice anything that led up to the "misfire"? Were you doing any maintenance when it started?
Have you done a compression test yet since the car is new to you?
Have you read the 3rd gen FAQ thread?

I bought brand new spark plugs and lead set once i got it, a set that i think it was from Magnex, quite pricey if i remember.
No i ahven't done one yet, what compression should i be looking for?
Will have a look at the thread now, thanks.
