now i drive the car.....the second turbo dosent run,i dont know why.....after a few kilometers the car get off,the oil pressure fall down, the oil-lamp is shining, the temperature lamp is shining!
and i cant start the car...it was no oil under the car and i can se a mechanic problem!

The best advice I can offer you is to go to the 3rd gen FAQ thread here:
https://www.rx7club.com/3rd-generation-specific-1993-2002-16/faq-3rd-gen-other-useful-links-68640/

and scroll down to the Turbo section where you will find some good links on troubleshooting turbo problems.

How long have you had the car? What modifications does it have?

If you hear a whistling sound you should first look for boost leaks. You will need to remove each piece of intake piping between the turbocharger and intake elbow for a detailed inspection.

Yes, that can be done. You'll need to plug both ends of the intake piping. But in my experience that's much harder than simply removing a few pieces and inspecting them carefully.
