Question FC sunroof question.

I have an 86 N/A and it has a glass sunroof, my other FC had a sunroof but it was like most of the ones I seen that are not glass but are made of steel or something that match the color of the car. So my question is, did any FC's come from factory with glass sunroofs or is this a custom fit sunroof? It leaks and Im looking to either replace it but want to know what my options are also. Let me know please

look up Pacific glass sunroof or Saratoga sunroof.
those two name come to ind when thinking of the Glass roofs.
I am sure they would need a sunroof seal, something like the steel one.
I have a steel roof panel that has a lexan piece that glues onto the steel panel. It gives the look of a glass roof but it is not see-through.
Some glass style roofs use a through the glass bolt on application.

Ive heard of Pacific glass sunroofs being put in on some FC's but Im going to try and get a pic or two of it soon. If I can find a kit from one of those companies I might just buy it and re-do the entire sunroof to make sure its done right and looks decent.

The glass sunroofs were installed by dealers so they could mark up the price of the car. They were not something that went in at the factory, so finding replacement parts will probably be tough.

Thanks and if you do it make sure you do it right so it doesnt leak like mine does. I honestly dont like the glass sunroofs, I want to put it back to the stock one but I have a feeling that would be a pain too depending on if they had to cut the roof to custom fit it in there.
