FC Stereo Wire harness cutting dweebs!
I just got am FC yesterday... a vert in decent condition but needs some TLC. however, here's the issue... some dweeb cut the stereo harness. So now I'm left straining to crimp wires and coming in every two minutes to check the wiring diagram. My main problem is stereo power. I connected the 12 constant and left the 12 switched unconnected and no power... switched the wires vice versa and still no power... any ideas as to what I may be doin wrong. I believe the ground is connected to the chassis....
Thanks!
Thanks!

Um, you need the 12V constant connected to a 12V constant source, and the 12V switched should go to a line that it switched on when the key is in the ACC position.
If you connect up only one, or reverse those wires, the stereo will never power on.
