The Green/Red wire of the TPS should read 1 volt w/key to on and the engine as hot as it can possibly get (20 minuts of driving time).

There's an adjustment screw encased in an inch long spring used to dial in the TPS voltage reading. And which ECU are you using? S4, S5,?? If you have an S5 engine w/S5 sensors then it should be using S5 TPS.

The S5 TPS would have a narrow range and a full range.

You can place a mechanical omp on an S5, but it would not use the throttlebody from an S5. Thing is the ECU being an S5 would need to receive feedback from the OMP or the car won't run properly unless the ECU was chipped to delete the electronic OMP thus allowing premix or a mechanical OMP.

If it came that way then common sense would dictate that it needs to stay that way.

I'm a bit confused here. You state the TPS, which has a dual range was factory, the ECU is an S5 N370, the OMP is mechanical and the wiring is S4?

Also, I have no idea what a Luce is nor what year they were produced.

And as stated previously, the G/R wire at the TPS needs to be set as suggested.

The ECU plugs should be different between the S4 and S5 so not sure how you are currently using an S5 ECU.

And from the 2nd Gen archive:

There are stickers on the ECU that give the part code.

N326 - 86-87 NA
N332 - 87 Turbo
N327 - 88 NA
N333 - 88 Turbo
N338 - 88 Vert
N350 - 89 NA California
N351 - 89 NA
N352 - 89 Vert California
N353 - 89 Vert
N370 - 89 Turbo
