Vacuum or fuel help
Ok so I just replaced my exhaust but still problems. My engine seems to be either be not getting enough fuel or a vacuum leak. So the car starts and runs but when I'm test driving tryig to push it a little the exhuast turns red hot and then dies. But also could it be blown apex seal or rotar?

The Factory Service Manual can be found in the FAQ For FC thread. It contains all this information and more, and is an essential tool for any sort of service work that needs to be performed on these cars.
Additionally, the Haynes service manual for the 1986 thru 1991 RX-7 (both turbo and NA) can be found at most local auto parts stores or purchased from any good bookstore (ISBN number 1 56392 007 7). It is only about $25 and is a great quick reference for things like this. Not only does it contain most of the information in the FSM condensed into an easy to read format, but it includes full wiring diagrams as well.
These manuals will answer 99% of service related questions for the car and if you intend to do your own repair work, you will need at least one of them. Preferably both, since the FSM is a free download.
There are procedures in both the Haynes and FSM for checking the timing. You'll need a timing light.
If timing checks out, you may have lost an injector. Or, are your ignition leads connected wrong? Leading and trailing reverse?
What is the history of this problem? Did it just happen one day?
Normal though for a new exhaust to smell a little as coatings and such burn off.

How do you know the injectors are fine?
Is the vacuum line to the boost sensor on the passenger side shock tower disconnected? Test that sensor as per the FSM.
If you think you have any vacuum leaks, you must go through the system and fix them. Air leaking in from anywhere will cause major issues.
