There is not a perfect answer to that question.
I suggest you buy an engine rebuild how-to DVD or video. The one I bought from Bruce Turrentine reviews the tools he uses for the rebuild. It's not as big of a list as I would have thought. And you'll have great information about how to do it.

There really aren't any special tools used past a few odd sockets.
The flywheel nut needs a 2 1/8" (54MM) socket.
The front hub nut is a 19MM.
You will need a large breaker bar or impact for both.
Aside from that, a set of feeler gauges and a straight edge.
If you want to see the rebuild process, there are two good threads in the 2nd gen Archives which cover the process. One by me, and one by iceblue.
