Probably slave but pull back the rubber boot on the slave there should be fluid if it is leaking

It could be any of the 3 main clutch hydraulic parts: the master, the slave, or the flexible line connecting them. You'll have to take a close look, but in the meantime you'll need a tow truck.

Before you call a tow truck, try grabbing the pedal and working it back and forth by hand. Sometimes, under some conditions, that will be enough to get it working again for a short time.

Have you checked the fluid level? If still full, then the above method has a chance of working. If empty, then forget it, you've got a leak in the system somewhere.

Good luck!

thanks for all the advice guys... I ended up buying a new master cylinder, and just the slave rebuild kit... (master 30$ at Autozone) replaced the master first in about 20 minutes in the parking lot of the Marathon gas station... lol... and that is what it was... I did the rebuild on that exactly 2 years ago TO THE DAY... lol.. I guess I should have seen it coming with the fluid turning black... but no tow truck, and had her back home by 1am..

Typically the master and slave cylinders fail at the same time. I usually replace BOTH is one is dead.

Also, you can typically drive the car without clutch hydraulics... You gotta have finesse with the throttle and gearshift. I drove my old truck for a month without clutch hydraulics.

Yea driving without a clutch can be exciting especially coming to a red stop light on a hill.

If one part goes, you can bet the others will fail shortly after.(due to more pressure on Old parts)
Replacing all the components(Master, slave and Clutch hose) will give you the Comfort of knowing that you should have a good operational hydraulic system for years to come.
