ECU wiring

I have a b series truck i am putting an 87 non turbo 13b in it. I have the ecu and wiring but i was not sure if somebody could help with the wiring

you'll figure it out, they all just plug into each other...87 is a S4 so you should have the mechanical OMP so everything else should just plug in ...

What sort of help are you looking for, exactly?

If you are planning on using the stock ECU and harness, then the diagrams in the Haynes manual are good enough so that you can strip out all the extra stuff. Typically in this case when I am setting up a stock ECU/harness for use in another vehicle is that I strip everything not needed out of the harness and then end up with just a power and ground connection to be connected to the vehicle. That way the whole system is independent and could theoretically run the engine anywhere.
