It's impolite to ask a question in someone else's thread before they get an answer. And it's really impolite to ask an unrelated question.
BUT...this is the new member section....and people can be new to forums too. So go here ---> https://www.rx7club.com/3rd-generati...l-links-68640/
You can scroll down to 'R' and read through just the reliability mods, but there's a wealth of info on just about any topic there. Learn to search and read first before posting a question or starting a thread.

Intake full exhaust + the downpipe. Boost has been spiking to 15, normally around 10.

Any ideas?

Boost SPIKE is from opening the intake. Boost CREEP is from opening the exhaust (too little back-pressure and exhaust overwhelming the wastegate).
You said "full exhaust". Does that mean your running a mid-pipe with no cat? If so, and you started seeing it with the addition of a DP, it would tend to point more toward CREEP.
If it's CREEP, a boost controller won't help. You either port the wastegate or put a cat, even a hi-flow cat back on.
In my experience, SPIKE usually happens in the morning or evening, spring or fall...when it's cooler outside. I've had spike. I'm not saying it couldn't happen, but I've never seen 5 psi of it. Mine was usually pretty short lived and 1 to 3 psi max before recovery. Never personally had CREEP, but understand it keeps going until you come off throttle.
BOTH are dangerous to your motor. I'd avoid load and WOT until you get it sorted.

Thanks I think what I am experiencing is infact boost creep, I will look in to getting the wastegate ported.

Porting the WG is kind of a PITA because it's internal. You'll have to remove that new DP and turbos to do it.
