down shifting??????

I heard that it is bad to down shift in rx7s, so do u just put in in nuetral and coast.
what do u do
im still learning im confused

so u dont downshift when ur slowin down coming to a red light or a stop?

Yeah you can downshift, it doesnt hurt anything.
