You will probably get better guidance if you answer the questions above.
Yes it is wrong because a fan without a clutch will overcool when the engine is cold, create unnecessary drag on the engine, and would most likely restrict air from moving through the radiator at high vehicle speeds.

I dont really care much for power and all that im more of a drifter in my city. but my car was stolen and took over a year to get it back. got it returned with the interior plus seats and belt stripped out aswell as carpets. and my p/s pump removed and yea, just got a good amount of work to do to get my car road worthy again
