What wires are these?
So I removed my passenger front wheel and saw that the plastic had a hole in it with these wires exposed!
anyone know what there for? I didn't have time to remove the whole plastic wheel well, but I did wrap the exposed wire up and tucked them back up in there. Just wondering what they go to.

IIRC, the blue wires are airbag sensor wires. Be very careful. I recommend you get a replacement fender liner, and carefully/properly re-wrap them ASAP. I think the slightly larger body harness is just above that. Hopefully it's undamaged. That looks like electrical gremlin bait. Using some zip-ties I think it can tucked up higher.
After that, consider how that happened. Either the wheels are too large, tires too wide, suspension too low...or some combination of those.

BTW, in the future.... it helps a lot of you state what generation of RX7 you have. I was fairly certain from the picture, but had to go to your profile to confirm you had an FD. If you don't want to have to remember, just put it in your signature.

Removed fender liner
Wrapped each wire individually many many times

then wrapped the whole thing and ziptied it way up out of the way! As for the cause
I've had it for about a couple months now and have not had any rubbing issues or hit any potholes etc.... So I'm guessing had to do with something the previous owner was running. ( i currently have stock wheels and suspension)O and sorry for making you run around trying to find what 7 I had I will do as you suggested thx
