Hi again! this car is giving me a freaking head ache... after i got my idle and rick running ok ... and new oil lines it suddenly started to make pressure to coolant systems... no overheating was spotted but last night when i drove about 50km to home it overheated a bit... i got it cooled down and i opened the cap it bursted stright to my face and i burned the hand... wtf??? im really mad right now... i got huge car show coming soon and there was no such problem before...???

and when im running the engine coolant doesn't leak out and aint smoking white... this is unbeliveable...

Well, one thing I guess you will "know better" than to open a Cooling system Cap that is under pressure..won't you?
You may have to pressure test the cooling system. Also does the car have the Old AST still on the car?.Is the Cap old?Is the Shrouds, etc on the car to direct air to the Rad.Is there an Aftermarket Front end on the car?.

Mod NOTE: all Threads here are created Equal,so in the Future you can post without the "NEED QUICK","HELLPPPP" urgency title..
Save me from editing it out.If you Really need the info you would research the Problem with all the resources of the Forum available it is Well documented. These kinds of symptoms are common but often can be a result of a couple of things.

if you have a bubbling sound like a pot of boiling water then you could have air in the system and may need to bleed it...
