Coolant in Oil???

I just picked up a bone stock Fd. First time owner and i love it. anyways engine is rebuilt with perfect compression and runs really smoth, lately in the last week or so ive noticed a white residue or moisture buiding up on the oil cap, it stinks too (not so much like coolant). If i check it when its hot i can even see a tinny bit of steam, however I changed the oil and there looks to be no trace of coolant it's still green???
Coolant level has not seemed to have changed.

Could it be condensation?? I park the outside and the temp is below freezing -2C (30F) at night.

Ive never owned a rotary before, is this comon, has anyone else had this issue?
