Is this connection suppose to be able to wiggle?

I have a serious loss of boost after having a new clutch installed and putting it under mild pressure to the point where i suspected the turbos were blown. Everythings looking loose but there is no play in the turbo shafts or and damage on the intake sides atleast. Havent gotten them fully off to inspect the exhaust side yet doing that today. But this joint right here before the butterfly valve is able to move in and out rather freely. Is that normal? Thankyou for your help

That's the turbo inlet Y-pipe assembly, the area you're pointing at is a slip fitting to separate the pipes. It's not meant to be too easy to slip apart and is meant to have some tension from O Rings. If it's very loose, the O Rings might be shot and causing a possible boost leak.
