Check engine codes help!

So I've been trying to rebuild this car for the past few months and I've been able to complete most of the interior and have been working on tuning up the car. It's pulling the following check engine codes:

11
13
17
18
33

Also, I noticed that the two butterflies in the TB right after the elbow are stuck open. They move if i move it manually so i know its not seized. The three butterflies right before the dynamic chamber are fine from what I can tell. What is the normal operation of that set of butterflies on the TB? I'm guessing it might be the thermowax or maybe the vaccum solenoid? Warm-full open, cold-full open,WOT- full open is the operation I'm getting right now.

Also, the car seems to eat coolant (or I can't find an apparent leak). It came with a catch can looking thing that seems to run sandwiched with the bottom hose from the bottom of the canister. The canister runs between the factory over-flow line from the radiator to the reservoir. The pressure cap is on the canister and not the radiator. The radiator is just capped. Any idea why it's eating coolant? It doesn't drip from what I can see cause I've been parking it on the driveway to check. It maintains the proper engine temp from what i can tell from the cabin. It does smell like coolant though after running and opening the engine bay.

Sorry for the long post but I thought I'd condense all my questions in 1 thread. Thanks to anyone for any help!

Remember to tell us what you are working on. It helps to know if you are talking FC, FD, etc. If FC, is it a TII or NA?
