Car wants to die on light throttle taps.

As title states, the car will die if I tap on the throttle. I dont mean like blipping the throttle, I mean the tiniest little pitter patter of touches. I dont think its even enough to actually move the pedal, maybe just add slight tension to the throttle cable. I used my Power FC to look at TPS voltage and everything looked to be within spec. I had a 92 civic 12 years ago that would do the same thing, but ended up being a bad TPS. Havent found any vacuum leaks, no bucking or hesitation while driving the car, or any other symptoms. Also, problem exists on stock ECU and Power FC. I installed my Power FC today just to see TPS voltages. (Followed idle adjustment and learning period per Dale Clarks Power FC FAQ)

What year is your 7? Big difference in answers between a 12A with a carb, a 13B from a GSL-SE, S4 and S5 NA and TII, and FD.
