First, try de-flooding the engine. You can do a search of the forum for specifics on different methods for doing that. There are several methods for doing that, but one is to remove the leading (lower) spark plugs, pull the EGI fuse from the engine compartment fuse box, crank the car to blow out the fuel/oil from the combustion areas, add an ounce or less of oil through each spark plug hole. Then make sure your battery is fully charged, replace the spark plugs and EGI fuse and try to start the engine. Keep your foot off the gas pedal until it starts. Good luck!

If it still belches lots of white smoke after it has been run for some time, there may be coolant getting into the combustion area. Smell the smoke. You should be able to differentiate between oil/gas smoke and coolant smoke (which I understand has a sweet smell).

Aside from that, you should check the engine compression to see if there is a more basic problem like low compression in one or both rotors. You can do a simple compression test using a conventional compression tester. That will give you an idea of engine health. For testing procedures, do a search of the forum and/or Google. There are many threads that deal with this topic.
