you should use normal 2 stroke oil, the same thing you would use in a lawnmower. i run 1oz oil to 1 gallon of fuel. it helps your motor by keeping all your internal engine components lubricated. most people use it beacause the stock omp is broken or they want to be sure that they are getting the proper lubrication. it will have no affect on gas mileage.

I use this product from Lucas Oil.
http://www.lucasoil.com/products/dis...el%20Treatment
It burns much cleaner than 2-stroke and i only use about a .5 ounce to one gallon of fuel.

Any quality TC3W rated oil for injection use.
1Oz per gallon at fillup if your metering oil pump has been removed.
It doesn't really. Or at least, there is no proof that it does.
Nope.

*If you have a working OMP....as I do, you can use a bit less than 1 oz./1 gal. I use about .5 oz. per gallon like BurntOrange. Too much can lead to fouling plugs and unusual carbon build-up on the face of the rotors. So don't go overboard. It's not a case of "if a little is good, alot is great".
*Add to the gas tank before each fill-up. Estimate how many gallons it's going to take to fill your car up and add the appropriate amount.
*It's injected with the fuel and air mixture so it augments lubrication of the hard seals on your engine and helps alittle with compression. This reduces housing and seal wear over time.
*No.

does the amount of oil/gal. ratio change with the diffrent engine types? (n/a, t1, t2, or the year of engine.) would a high millage engine need more, less, or about the same?
