Was wondering if anybody in here know where a good site to buy built motor for rx7?

Send a message to Japan2LA... He's a reputable engine importer here on the forum. It may take a bit of time to get a hold of him, but it's worth the wait for a working engine.

What do you mean by 'built' ? - Ported, seal upgrades, dowel pinning, etc...?

It will cost you quite a bit more doing it that way... Some of the suggested options Aaron had mentioned should sell prebuilt engines. If you choose to go through Rotary Resurrection, you'll need to discuss that with Kevin Landers. I'm not sure if he'll send out an engine without your core. <- I think most places operate this way.
