buy a roller, put engine in, or FC turbo
So I wanted some advice, since I am going to be jumping into an rx7 by the end of the summer, should I just look for a TII FC that is driveable, or get a roller and find a motor myself. I am leaning towards finding one that has everything, just needs work but I always appreciate opinions so if you have one please share. Just getting an idea of what will be easier or cheaper.

Save yourself the time and the money, and buy a nice, good running FC turbo.
I bought an NA FC roller 3 years ago. Did a turbo swap. Im into the car about 11k now.

Holy 11k, gotcha. yeah that pretty much reaffirmed my thoughts on it, more at first but in the end just generally cheaper and done right. Thanks for the advice!
Live frugally for a few months so you're ready to buy when one with a good engine pops up. If it's strictly a drift / race car would be the only time I'd consider a roller. Even then probably just better off buying someone's drift machine that's moving on to a new ride.
