brake upgrade FB to FC (1st gen to 2nd gen)

Hi

Does anyone know, when upgrading a FB to FC brakes, when its all done does the wheel mounting location shift in or out compared to stock FB? I'm wondering about what wheel offset I will need and fender clearance, etc.

I didn't know you could do replace the FB brakes with FC setup. I'm curious as well, since I will need the extra braking power once I drop in my 13B-TII
