Brake/Rotor Issues
Copied and Pasted from my local auto forum.
"Alright.. so I came across a small problem today. I was just turning my rear rotors and replacing my rear brake pads.
I did the left side totally fine, zero issues. Got the wheel back on, everything was smooth as silk from that point on. Then I get to the right side, I get a little sketched out, bottom bolt on the rear caliper barely gave me a fight trying to screw it out. But I decided not to think too much into it... took our the rest of the assembly, turned my rotor, replaced the pads. Slapped it back on. Immediate issues arose.
Couldn't screw in my piston far enough so that the caliper would just slip on without too much trouble, finally got it on barely with a nice rubber mallet.
Screw it the top caliper bolt, no problemo, screw in the 2nd, it's a bit rough at first, I force it for maybe a turn or two, and realize this isn't right. Pull it out, the bolt is totally fine. Check inside the caliper.. its ******* smooth. Yelled **** me pretty loud when I saw that.
Ran around trying to find a way to get this fixed with Honda_Boy, and I was looking even for a temp fix, like epoxy or something. Spoke to the guy with the grease hairstyle and he said.. well you're fucked, gotta get a new caliper. Sorta dead in the water (well no ****). but he said if I put on a glob of locktight, and drive smooth, it shouldn't really be too high of a risk. Just be prepared to lose my brakes is all. So I put it on. Start it up, decide to give it a spin... that specific caliper doesn't move now... compression, decompression.. nothing. It just stays at the same pressure. I went for a short drive.. I get back.. my brakes are steaming and my rim is ******* hot. I suspect my caliper isn't being responding to the hydraulics..
And my rotors are starting to get that slightly warm, purple discoloration from being hot... So I'm def riding with brakes on, on that rotor and I can't disengage them. (without taking the whole thing apart)
Anyone got any ideas? I plan on being back at the Kadena auto hobby to work on Kojos car with him and I might just give mine a crack to fix this issue. If anyone has any inputs or wants to show up, feel free."

Sounds like you need to take it all apart, replace the caliper, rotor and pads. This is one of the examples of "yes, you did cost yourself more money trying to do a cheap fix instead of doing it right the first time"
