Boost problem.

I bought an RX7 and now I realize that I am not getting full boost. I am getting a solid 6-7PSI of boost right now. The mods are listed below.

93 RX7 FD
Non-sequential stock turbo's
Blitz dual spec S boost controller
DP/MP/Cat back
Intake
FMIC
efni Y-pipe and crossover tube.

I get the same boost regardless of the settings on the boost controller.

I have done a leak test from right after the crossover tube (intercooler piping) and checked the entire intercooler and cold side of engine for leaks. Nothing found...I tested to 15PSI.

I am now wondering if I have a boost leak by the turbo's somewhere...gasket or something? Or if my boost controller is not functioning properly....and I am running off the wastegate spring pressure?

Here are two video's...one at idle....and another showing the boost....Please listen to the sound of the clip......does the sound give any indication of a leak? or is the change in sound the wastegate?

Just trying to solve this damn problem.
