Belt to run A/C with No P/S

..uh..yes there is...sort of.
Take a String and wrap the string in the pulleys that drive the Compressor,main pulley and water pump(If I am correct on that routing)What ever route that the belt takes to drive the components you need.
What you are doing is getting a Measurement of the Belt..
So if the old belt was say 26 inches the newer one would be like 20 inches.
Then Go to your Auto store and tell them what you are doing.Reference the Old belt and they can give you a Shorter belt.
Put it on and adjust the Belt tension and you are good to go.

On the FC, there are 4 separate belts. Alternator, Air pump, AC, Power Steering. Just remove the one you don't need. If you're removing the air pump belt, it's recommended to use a dual alternator belt setup or yoohoo belt.
