Backfires and no acceleration if not building boost when driving too calm.

Hey everyone, sorry in advance for any butched english since it's not my first language.
So, after posting in more local groups and googling ALOT trying to find my problem I went here hoping to find anyone thinking what the problem could be.
So the video I linked is the problem, the second the car builds positive boost it starts backfiring like crazy and will not go any faster. The only way I recently figured out to solve the problem is to build boost the second you start driving it. Even if it's cold, then it drives great. But if I drive it calmly and not build boost for etc 15min of driving this problem will occur and stay until I let it fully cool down (try driving it the next day) or turn it off for 20 min and hope it goes away. Kinda a 50/50 chance. I usually feel a "hesitation" every fist pull then it goes away. And have checked the Apexi for any faulty sensors and everything seems to work.
what could it be?
setup:
AEM ethanol fuel pump
850cc primary, 1300cc secondary
Apexi FC. (Mapped and worked for a year before the problem).
