have you tried getting a quote off "jimmy's" or "re-worx" ?? they seem to be the best, but have very good prices at the moment because of so called reccesion, otherwise its prob best to fiind someone who has rebuilt a fair few...

Reworx is in southampton i believe, they do seem highly recomended
