Question ACS while getting PFC

Hi guys

Just buy my first FD (JDM) and the japonnese that had it before puts a cat-back and an air/flow conditonner system.
I'll soon buy a hks racing suction kit and want to know:
Will i run lean?
If yes does the acs is good for low mods instead of a PFC (i'll get one later)
Can i easily tune the acs myself?

I'm now running a 12-9-12 psi pattern, egt between 600-700Celcius on normal driving
Am i already lean? ( ACS indicate "normal")

Thank you

I don't know what you mean by an ACS.

Is the only modification on the car a cat-back? If so, running an intake also is fine as long as the boost stays at 12psi. Do not let it exceed 12psi.

ACS: air/flow conditinner system, air/fuel ratio

Adding air intake will rise the pressure no?
So if i understand, more than 12psi and i need to tune the air/fuel ratio?
Boost controller can bring it down to 12 but not under 10 is that it? (stock boost)
