Accelerator pump trouble

Hello all,
I have been having issues getting the accelerator pump on my 85 GS to work properly. I have a stock nikki with the rats nest deleted. The carb was recently rebuilt ( the accelerator pump did not work at all before the rebuild ) and I replaced both check ***** and the diaphragm for the accelerator pump. Now the accelerator pump will inject some fuel initially but the flow is still weak, the car will bog and die around 1500-2000 rpm if you step on the gas from idle, but it idles fine. If you barely push the gas pedal you can get the car to rev above 2000 rpm. I can't find any vacuum leaks, and the vacuum operated secondaries seem to work the way they are supposed to. Any help is greatly appreciated.
Thanks in advance

A quickening agent siphon is a part on a carburetor. It is ordinarily found on numerous more established vehicles that are outfitted with carburetors. The quickening agent siphon is answerable for giving the flitting extra fuel required under substantial increasing speed conditions in car. At the point when the pedal is abruptly squeezed, the throttle will all of a sudden open, quickly including extra air for extra power. That extra air requires extra fuel, particularly in the exact minutes after the throttle is opened, this is the fuel the quickening agent siphon gives. At the point when the throttle is quickly opened, the quickening agent siphon will squirt a modest quantity of fuel into the throat of the carburetor with the goal that the motor can keep running easily under expanded burden. Generally when the quickening agent siphon is having issues, it will show a couple of manifestations that can alarm the driver that there might be an issue that ought to be examined.
