So I was draining the coolant via the block drain and noticed a disconnected wire, anyone have a idea where this goes ?

I'm not all that familiar with FDs, but anything that large would have to be starter related. My guess would be the main ground.

It might be the oil level sensor in the side of the pan.

I didn't even notice the blue one.

The '93 wiring diagrams confirm that the oil level sender has a blue (L) wire coming off of the engine harness. http://www.rotaryheads.com/PDF/3rd_g...ng_Diagram.pdf (pg. Z-44)

It's not uncommon. The wire is rooted in the sensor housing by some epoxy and typically breaks right where it goes in.
If that's the case you won't have enough to splice. I'd just look for a used sensor in the Parts-for-sale section. Pretty easy to swap at the next oil change. I do recommend a new 'O' ring. They're only a couple bucks and the old ones are usually pretty smashed. You'll see what I mean when you pull the old one out.

o damn the oil level sensor completely forgot about that thing, considering I dont have a omp shouldnt be loosing to much oil should I, but its nice to have, I'll bug some of the local rotary mechanics I know, they tend to horde old parts. I probably broke the wire when changing out the heater hose.

going to wrapped the damaged engine ground with some electrical tape thing bugs me.
