93 Rx7 Dash,sidemarkers,blinkers wont light up

Hello hope you all are well, I'm new to the Rx7 world. I have a 1993 rx7 and I'm having issues getting the dash and exterior lights to work (headlights/motors work perfect). I read that it might be the TNS relay, so I check the relay box by the hood latch and come across this.

These 2 sections circled in WHITE arent connected to anything.(this is the Front Harness that is currently on the car)

I also have this spare front harness but this one only has 1 section (circled in white) that isnt being used.

Could this be the problem that might be causing my lights to not work? Thanks!!

probably get a quicker response posting in the 3rd gen section. takes a while for those experienced in all things FD to reply in the new member section.

There's a 15A fuse that is on the circuit with the parking lights and dash. It is located in the fuse box in the driver's side footwell area. I believe the fuse location it labeled "TAIL".

Have you used the trouble shooting procedures in the shop manuals?

I have read about the dimmer switch causing similar issues.

However, I would just use the shop manual to isolate.

Check CPU #2, under the steering column. Might need replacement. Noticed mine was bad when my indicators suddenly decided they wanted to stop working. It was during the day, so, I'm not 100% if it had to do with the cluster lights.
