NV 91 rx7 Low Idle

I own a 1991 RX7 s5 n/a turbo. The car has been giving me a hard time. I can't find the problems to why the car idles below 500 rpms but doesn't die out. I replaced all the vacuum lines on the intake manifold, changed my pulsation dampener, changed all 4 injector pintel caps, o rings and grommets. New belts, hoses, all the regular maintenance. My clutch is going out, but i don't think that would cause a vacuum leak and i also have a leaking clutch slave line. My throttle cable is a bit bent up, but i dont know if that can be the cause of it. Does anybody on this forum know what another cause to vacuum leak can be? i would greatly appreciate a response.
