Help!!!

Ok I am in New Jersey. I just got this car and I am a newb. But it has a stand alone computer and at start up its reading 80 to 84 knock what does this mean. Any help would be great. Thanks in advance

I hope you didn't take by Reply as Blunt.
It is just that It makes me "hurt" knowing that guys have cars with all the Fancy upgrades on it,and Then start Tinkering with them without knowing WTF they are doing!
I did Buy a Haltech and I have no Freakin clue as to how to even get into it.,BUT I hire a guy to tune it and it stays tucked away in the car away from my fingers.
I know if I get a hold of it,the car will not run..period!I can talk,I can wrench,I can spend hours on Forum..but I can't TUNE my Haltech..YET!.
Hell!.that reminds me I gotta TUNE...My Guitar!

I haven't touched it because I have no clue what I am doing. That's how I purchased the car is how it is now
