Red face 88 mazda rx7 poor throttle response

HELP!!! My throttle response is very slow on my 88 mazda rx7, it also idles roughly and backfires. Ive replaced the plugs and wires (paying close attention to leading and trailing) and I replaced the fuel filter. Any help would be greatly appreciated. If you need more info or have a question let me know and Ill see if I can help....

There's is vac lines pressure sensor vac line goes to a nipple on the upper intake manifold...there is also 2 nipples on the upper intake mani near the the fuel injectors... 2 lines for air control valve on the lower intake manifold... one goes up to the thermowax thing on the thottle body.. The thermowax thing to a small diafram on the front of the thottle body.. Then on the spark plug side near the front of the motor there is " the rats nest" there r 4 soeleniods for n/a search the colors.. One is egr.. fuel pressure regulator.. Air control valve... damn I can't remember the last one its a mess of vac lines there... check all of that... test the oms of the bypass air control valve... is I remember rite is 10 to 12... Ill repost with the rite ohm...

I forgot to mention that my fuel pump just runs forever..... When i first turn on my key it doesnt run for a few seconds then quit it just runs forever... Im defianatly gettin fuel i just dont know if it is enough... any ideas on what could cause this and could this be what is causing the slow throttle response, rough idle and backfiring?
