well i have a 13b 4 port with a 40 idf cartech turbo system at 8 pound of boost and i cant push the car hard at all .When i get on it the car goes lean and loss power .but besides that the car runs ecxelent. I dont know what it is it. you guys think may be the fuel pump?

 

Fuel pump needs to be a bosch turbo pump 132 psi with a Malpasi regulator.
