welcome to the board.
the only things that are going to bolt right in are non-turbo Rx-7 parts. everything else is either going to require some element of fabrication or the original part to "help" it work. if you'e not a fabricator, i would not go down that road.
you can still find rear ends easily relative to the transmissions. i haven't had any reason to look for driveshafts, so i don't know how easy it is to find them. generally speaking these parts will probably be a little pricey, but every so often i hear about being getting lucky. things work out better when you're not in a rush, so i hope you're in a position to take your time and look around.
you can check the classified here, on the board, and also your Regional forum. in the Regional forum, even if you don't find direct links to local parts, you may make contact with someone that can point you in the right direction.
another idea, maybe a little unorthodox, but worth mentioning, Deals Gap Rotary Rally should be sometime next month, and it's pretty much in your state, so you could definitely make some contacts (maybe even friends) if you have the opportunity to swing by there that weekend. even without an Rx-7, you should still be made to feel welcome.
outside of those things, maybe try the usual suspects like Ebay, craigslist, etc.
