Hello Everyone what are the capabilities of a 87 RX7 as far as horsepower it can handle

You'll have to be more specific. There are two sizes of rear ends: 8" TII and 7" NA. What are your intentions?

The turbo 2 diff is stronger then the N/A so if your looking at anything over 200-250 hp its probably better to have the turbo 2 differential and transmission.

Just to be fair, Aaron Cake was putting down 500hp on a GXL rear end without any issues and had been using the original 1986 open diff prior to that without issues either.
