Question 87 gxl TII swap, runs rich leans out under boost

First off. 87 gxl, stock ecu, 550 primary's and 720 secondaries, same year jdm motor with stock turbo supposedly around 60k mi. TII pump, emissions, omp and bac blocked off.
My problem is that the car idles very rich and leans out hard when I hit low boost 2~3 lbs. Off the line the car only responds well to light throttle (suspect tps) until the afrs jump around then go dead rich (10:1~11:1) and that's when I can get her to pick up then she promptly leans out with the spool up(16:1~17:1) . Just rebuilt the turbo and new 1 bar turbo actuator. I plan to reground the boost sensor and upgrade to a walbro 255 pump because I think it may be losing fuel pressure in the upper rev range. Should I consider hotter plugs? or upgraded ignition system? Its been a long swap but I feel im very close to getting her right any advice helps. Thanks!

this car makes me feel stupid

just in case anyone comes across this ill state what my issues were and solutions. turbo needed rebuild, 1 bar actuator is way too much, stock motor needs 6.6psi actuator (i belive), i didnt do the correct wiring procedure when swapping the motor( swapped in the tii harness, got it to work though) and didnt even hook up the x15, x16 orange plugs because they were stuck up behind the dash still. and bought a used tps that was broken.
