You need to make sure the plug is connected to the sensor properly and visually looking at it is not of much help. At ECU pin 2I (G/W wire) the reading w/key to on and cold engine is 2 to 3 volts and it drops to .4 volts fully warmed.

And as stated earlier, your injectors might be in need of cleaning and the CAS might need to be readjusted. Does the car rev freely w/o trouble while in neutral or does it have issues?

Sorry if I repeat myself. My phone is a pile of junk and didn't show me the post again. In neutral it has troubles revving also
And the plug can only go on one way?

Doesn't matter how many ways the plug can go on. There are two wires to the plug and if either wire is pulled back in the plug then that wire will not connect to the sensor properly. This problem occurs all the time. Not saying it occured to your situation but the 'only' way you can tell is at the ECU pin dedicated to the sensor. Secondly, if your car will not rev in neutral then that can point to a primary injector problem as those are the only injectors that are used when in neutral and the car is not under load. You can possibly have a poor injector plug connection or the injectors themselves are clogged and so on. At the ECU, pins 3E (Light Green) and 3C (Light Green/Black) are the primary injectors. W/key to on both pins should read 12 volts. This confirms the plugs are mated properly to the injectors.

Under load and above 3800 rpm the secondary injectors come online so if your car behaves better then this only reinforces an issue w/the primary injectors.

So I brought it to my shop today and had some one look at it. They said that there is an internal issue making it over heat. But haven't told me why it runs like crap yet. Runs like crap weather its hot or cold. It does spit water out the overflow after a short amount of time running. And what's really weird, I let it sit over night, next day I go to pop the cap on the radiator and a bit of pressure is still there.

So it dumps water out the reserve after warming for 5 minutes. Probably damn coolant seals. And the plugs are fouled out. Runs extremely rich.
