86 rx7 no spark on leading coil
It's likely the coil, but you're likely not measuring the voltage w/key to start and the ECU is what fires the coil so it has to have the proper power w/key to start. And did you ever test the trailing coil? If it works properly then of course your problem lies within the coil/igniter.
Everything I could find online about checking compression says to start the car and get it warm. I tried deflooding it because the plugs did have a little fuel on them. I cant tell if theres coolant in the fuel.

Just rolling the engine over with a tester in it will give you a real good idea if there is a decent amount if compression.
The reason for doing it HOT is to get a more accurate reading.

If your plugs were wet they might be bad and in need of replacement. Sometimes when they are wet they are trash material while at other times they are still good. Some people will dry them off w/a hair dryer or heat gun in hopes of making them good once again.
Giotto looking at the plugs and someone had just replaced them but they were all 4 trailing plugs so I'm going to get two leading plugs and try it. But two of the plugs look perfect.
