I have a 1986 and I don't drive it. When I start it, it smokes a lot. Here's two videos of it smoking. The one with the leaves on the ground is the most recent video. Why is it doing this?

 

What does the smoke smell like?
do a compression check.
That looks like it is Rebuild time.

 

any chance it could be that purge valve thing? I don't remember the smoke having a smell.

 

Well,with the limited info given,so far, it could be a rebuild.
But then again you haven't stated any info on what was done to the car,That is why I suggest a compression test.
Did you screw with the oil system?..or any lines on the engine?Any lines removed and capped off?..

 

I had the same problem. Does it go away after warm up?

 

Very limited info, but that kinda just looks like steam or condensation
