MO 85 rx7 runing problems

Ok so yesterday I did a motor wash as normal once a month on my 85 12a. Covered the dist and when I went to start it it was a no go. 15min later I got it to start but sounded like it was running on 1 rotor. Soon the back rotor header was extremely red so I shut it down. Checked spark everywhere and fuel into the carb. To start it I have to have the gas floored and it stumbles to 3g then the rpms take off but sounds horrible. I replaced the coils and spark plugs. Still no difference. Checked compression. Back perfect (by sound) and 1 in the front starting to sound weaker than the others. Any ideas guys?

Started it again. In 30sec the back header was very red where it first curves. Wolnt run with choke pulled out. I did notice the cap on the distrubitor had a little buildup on the metal (points I assume) that I cleaned gently. Checked the ignitors and with either pulled out the motor runs no different. Starts easier with the back one pulled than the front one. Im baffled to why its doing this and only 1 header getting red.

Just to let anyone know I did a compression test and it failed. Also the oil emptied somewhere into the motor. Coolant is clean. Now im in the market for a cheap good 12a as this one is almost out.
