79 Rx7 hard start and bad idle

So I've rebuilt my rx7 after buying it from the original owner who let it sit for over 20 years after the clutch went out. Full Atkins seal rebuild including corners, Apex, and side seals. New springs and gaskets and it was all carefully installed and also clearanced . I can't start it without oil to build compression even after 5 hours of idling and driving too. My other issue is it will not idle below 1500. Typically a vacuum leak but no. I couldn't find one at all!. If you also have a picture of a 12a engine bay with original vacuum line setup I'd like to see to ensure mine is correct. Any help is appreciated. Idling above 1500 and driving it's smooth as glass but it gets below and slowly died off.

I have an original 80 Leather Sport. Vacuum lines should be about spot on between the 79 and 80. I'll start with this picture and I'll take more for you and post them this afternoon.
