CA .79 boost in power fc - is it safe

I just wanted to see if I should try to lower the boost in the Power FC? I peaked on a very cold night at .79 which is 11.2 psi. Im on stock fuel system so I just want to make sure I don't go lean. I believe 11.2 is okay still as long as I have enough fueling? I don't have a wideband yet however so I can't even tell if I'm going lean. Still trying to learn all of this.

Your playing a dangerous game without a wideband.

^ by the time he reacts to the wideband I don't think it would even matter.

But to answer OPs questions.. It's perfectly fine if you're on stock twins. I'm guessing that's just a base map you're running? 12 psi is pretty common on stock fuel setup so you're more than fine.

Edit.. Obviously it's never a bad idea to have a wideband but if you think you're going to be watching it when you lean out and pull your foot off the gas before the next detonation event then you're dreaming.

It would be helpful if you stated your car. Which according to your profile is an 93 FD.

^As stated above, stock FD fueling is fine. Especially if it's just a boost spike, not the constant setting. If it were an FC, it is in unsafe territory due to the smaller injectors and smaller volume pump. Just wanted to clarify in case someone wanders across this thread looking for FC advice.

93 RX7 with Greddy Airinx intakes, downpipe and catback. I did see that the Power FC base mod map has two boost settings, one is 10 psi which is prolly why im staying around there, the other is 12 psi, to my understanding the car cant handle the 12 yet? I was reading a thread where the stock MAP sensor reads a lil lower than actual psi due to needing calibration?

Check the afr and egt
As long as not going lean and EGT is not too high
You will be fine
